savory toast

some quick and dirty toast that tastes delicious:

• toast two slices of bread of your choice. i have 9 grain whole wheat, good stuff
• layer of pesto
• cut up a hard boiled egg and place on the pesto
• top with some sun dried tomatoes + their oil

you can swap the hard boiled egg for some tinned fish (sardines, etc) if you want even more savory toast, more of a lunch snack than a breakfast toast. still delish.
